We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Opportunity OverviewTeradyne is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance operations in the robotics and semiconductor test equipment industry. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices and employee Travel & Entertainment expense reports, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal customers such as procurement, operations, engineering, accounting and internal audit.Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter and verify invoices in the Microsoft Dynamics AX and Oracle ERP systems
  • Process employee Travel & Entertainment expense reimbursement reports and payments
  • Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
  • Coordinate with procurement and receiving groups to resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare and process payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks)
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
  • Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
  • Assist with month-end closing and accruals
  • Support internal and external audits with required documentation

  • Associate or technical degree in accounting or business administration.
  • English proficiency, written and verbal.
3+ years of experience in
  • Microsoft Dynamics AX and procurement workflows
  • Accounts payable experience.
  • Supporting Travel and Entertainment expenses reimbursement process, invoice imaging, and approval workflow.
  • Microsoft Office Package.
  • Advance Excel
Preferred Job Requirements:
  • AP experience within High- Technical manufacturing environment.
  • Oracle.
