
Accounting Clerk (Costa Rica)

- Enter and verify invoices in the Microsoft Dynamics AX and Oracle ERP systems
- Process employee Travel & Entertainment expense reimbursement reports and payments
- Perform 3-way matching of purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoices
- Coordinate with procurement and receiving groups to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and process payments (ACH, wire transfers, checks)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding issues
- Maintain accurate records for audit and compliance purposes
- Assist with month-end closing and accruals
- Support internal and external audits with required documentation
- Associate or technical degree in accounting or business administration.
- English proficiency, written and verbal.
- Microsoft Dynamics AX and procurement workflows
- Accounts payable experience.
- Supporting Travel and Entertainment expenses reimbursement process, invoice imaging, and approval workflow.
- Microsoft Office Package.
- Advance Excel
- AP experience within High- Technical manufacturing environment.
- Oracle.
- Detail oriented.
- Organized and able to prioritize work.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
