As part of our IT team, your expertise and commitment will help facilitate our patient-focused mission by developing and enhancing technological solutions.We are looking for a Cloud Engineer with expertise in AWS to support and enhance our cloud infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with the Cloud Architecture team to implement scalable, secure, and automated solutions aligned with established designs. Responsibilities include managing infrastructure as code, optimizing performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting CI/CD workflows. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in AWS services, automation tools, and cloud security, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Perform technical duties as it relates to cloud computing including planning, design, and maintenanceHow you will make an impact:
  • Responsible for managing support tickets and addressing user inquiries via phone
  • Troubleshooting system errors, documenting solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system performance
  • Performing root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues
  • Write automation scripts and debug/troubleshoot cloud loads to meet various business requirements
  • Develop cloud solutions in partnership with architects
  • Explore and research on new techniques for Cloud Design and Automation
  • Translate technical details from customers' requirements and present evaluation to technical leads

What you'll need (Requirements):
  • Bachelor's Degree in technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management System)
  • 3 years of related experience Required
  • Experience with best of Breed Solutions, Cloud Infrastructure and Software solutions
What else we look for:
  • Proficient in English
  • General experience with one of the following: AWS S3, Redshift, Azure DW, Azure Blob Storage
  • Previous experience with ServiceNow
  • Proficiency with software tools for requirements management, engineering analysis, and statistical analysis.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and AWS preferred
  • Familiarity with container and resource management technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Apache Mesos preferred
  • Experience executing tasks under the supervision of a senior technical lead
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
  • Solid knowledge of Azure IaaS components like VMs, Virtual networks, Storage and PaaS components like App Service, Serverless computing, Storage
  • Solid knowledge of AWS VPCs, Subnets, EC2s, routing.
  • Solid knowledge of AWS Compute, Storage, IoT, Developer Tools.
  • Ability to write scripts in Javascript, Python, C++ is preferred
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
