This position is in charge of maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel.What you will be doing

Support the good functioning of the hotel in order to improve the customer experience
Make minor and major repairs to the hotel equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance procedures on a scheduled basis.
Complete lists of daily, weekly and monthly reviews on the creation of equipment maintenance procedures and maintain a record of scheduled maintenance procedures.
Ensure that all rooms are serviced according to standards.
Notify your superiors of any damage, changes or malfunctions.
Deal with customer complaints / requests with professionalism and patience
Guarantee the security of the property and its clients during the day and night
Report any irregularities in the property of Location Manager
Support for the management of suppliers.
