- Collaborate with senior team members on financial analysis, investment evaluations, and financial modeling.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and investment memoranda for both internal and external use.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial statements, identifying key performance indicators and assessing overall financial health.
- Monitor investment performance and track financial metrics.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic performance and portfolio reports.
- Participate in meetings and calls, providing insights and supporting decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure the successful execution of financial and investment initiatives.
- Stay current on financial regulations and industry best practices.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Contribute to special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA designation or progress toward certification is highly preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis; experience in a family office or investment-focused environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and scenario analysis.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
