**The position**:
We are looking for fun, energetic, and intelligent individuals from different backgrounds who will help transform our clients' clear communication skills and make them more competitive in today's dynamic business world.
We are looking for someone who has knowledge in English instruction, accent reduction, and learner engagement.
As a trainer, you will be conducting lessons online and over the phone to our clients.
You will help the learners improve their speaking skills, intonations, and reduce their strong accents.
Our learners are mostly business professionals and executives.
On any given day, you may have a CEO, senior manager of a top company, scientist, doctors, lawyers, or other professionals from highly-specialized fields as your learner.
**Requirements**:
- Must be willing to work from home
- Business and/or corporate experience (2 ot 3 years minimum)
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, writing --- grammar, spelling, punctuation, etc.)
- First or second language must be English
- Fluency in other languages is a plus
- A College degree is required
- Good computer skills
- Typing skills and the ability to type accurately while on the telephone
- Know how to multitask
- Training, teaching, or tutoring experience
- Working permit for non-Filipino citizens
**Technical Requirements**:
- PC or laptop (Windows 8, 8.1 or 10 with 4 GB of RAM or Mac OSX El Capitan)
- Processor (Core i3 or equivalent)
- Browsers (Firefox or Chrome as a backup)
- High-speed internet connection (Download 5 to 10Mbps, Upload 2 to 4 Mbps)
- Noise cancelling headset with microphone
- Webcam capability is a plus
**Teaching days and hours**:
Working days are from Monday to Sunday (your choice within the 7 days), and we require a minimum of five hours per day, five days a week for a total minimum of 30-40 hours a week.
