Do you live and breathe PHP and love clean, maintainable code? Were looking for a seasoned WordPress/PHP Developer to join our talented dev team and help us build powerful, customized WordPress solutions for exciting digital projects.In this role, youll work on both back end (PHP/SQL), and front-end (HTML, JS, CSS, Astro, Tailwind) projects. You'll be joining a collaborative, high-energy team in a fun and relaxed (yet professional) work environment.What Youll Be Doing

Building custom features and functionality using PHP within WordPress
Developing pixel-perfect, responsive pages from Figma/XD designs
Ensuring top performance, clean code, and strong technical execution
Supporting SEO and performance goals through best coding practices
Collaborating with designers, team leads, and QA to ensure seamless delivery

What Were Looking For

2+ years of experience in WordPress/PHP development
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and GIT
Experience building responsive, mobile-first websites
Ability to turn Figma/XD files into fully functional WordPress sites
Familiarity with DevTools, Firebug, and other debugging tools
Solid understanding of cross-browser compatibility and CSS specificity
Knowledge of WordPress REST API and working with external APIs
Clear communicator who can collaborate with peers and managers
Bonus: Knowledge of Laravel, Tailwind, and version control
Bonus: Understanding of SEO from a developers perspective

A Typical Day Includes

Logging into your VM, VPN, DevOps, MatterMost, Outlook
Quick morning call with the dev team
Reviewing tasks in DevOps
Coding, testing, debugging
Collaborating and making cool things happen
