We are looking for you!RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART, YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BELead change and support projects by collaborating with cross-functional project teams and partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts.Maintain, update, and ensure adoption of the Change Experience framework, methodology, tools & techniques applicable to projects and operations.Coaching and mentoring staff through the change process.Work with multiple stakeholders, team members, and projects simultaneously to ensure the right level of change management is applied and an adequate adoption is achieved.Partner with cross-functional teams (program management, enablement, business process excellence) to ensure integrated change plans that drive adoption and minimize disruption.Contribute to a culture of change agility, building internal capability through coaching, training, and best practice sharing.SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACYCapable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels, including executives.Experience working in a Global Organization managing stakeholders in different time zones and locations.Experience developing and coordinating communication & change strategies, Project Management experience managing transition/transformation projects.Experience is Shared Service Centres is a must.Ability to work in a fast-changing environment and multiple projects at the same time.Strong communication skills.
