Put your passion, drive and expertise to work with the world's cloud security leader.We are looking for a Senior Technical Trainer to join our team. You will be remote based in Costa Rica. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Technical Training, you will be responsible for:
  • Instructing Zscaler technical courseware and certifications both online and in the classroom while employing effective instructional techniques.
  • Configuring and troubleshooting Zscaler training environments, including Zero Trust Exchange Platform and Cloud Protection solutions, as well as general network services and devices.
  • Managing remote training labs and pods, maintaining operational efficiency and troubleshooting issues.
  • Working as subject matter expert for the content and certification teams
  • Maintaining class rosters, attendance, and collect feedback surveys.
