This role focuses on technical solution delivery aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards, with some leadership responsibility over development and support teams.Responsibilities

Analyze business and technical requirements to design scalable integration solutions.
Develop and maintain integrations across ERP/EPM Cloud platforms using Oracle Integration Cloud and OCI.
Collaborate with offshore/nearshore teams, business stakeholders, and IT to ensure effective delivery.
Lead architectural solutioning, provide technical specifications, and support QA processes.
Estimate development efforts, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve integration performance.
Guide implementation and post-deployment enhancements to ensure long-term system efficiency and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
10+ years in IT, including 5+ years in a technical lead role.
Strong experience with Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Proficient in integrations using ERP Adapter, REST/SOAP APIs, XSLT, PL/SQL, and Oracle DB.
Hands-on experience with FIN/SCM modules (e.g., Payables, Receivables, Procurement, GL, Project Costing).
Familiarity with BI Publisher, OTBI Reports, custom ESS jobs, and FBDI uploads.
Preferred experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (EDMCS, EPBCS, FCCS), EPM Automate, and IDCS security.
Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure services (FastConnect, LBaaS, Compute, Object Storage) is a plus.
