OVERVIEWWe are seeking a diligent B2B Collections Specialist to join our global SaaS organization. In this role, you will manage collections for large, high-value customer accounts, ensuring timely payments and maintaining strong client relationships. This position requires experience with SAP high-radius transactions, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle complex, large invoices across international markets.Hybrid work environment with s hifts: 8 am – 5 pm, in-office on Mondays and WednesdaysThis is a 6-months contract to startRESPONSIBILITIES

Manage collections activities for large B2B customers, focusing on high-value invoices.
Verify and reconcile invoices in SAP, ensuring accuracy of billing and payment details.
Communicate proactively with customers to follow up on overdue payments.
Work closely with sales, finance, and customer support teams to resolve billing disputes.
Monitor outstanding receivables and escalate issues as needed.
Maintain detailed records of collection activities and payment status.
Support global collections initiatives and reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS

1-3 years of experience in B2B collections, accounts receivable, or finance.
Strong experience with SAP, particularly high-radius customer transactions.
Proven ability to manage large-value invoices and collections processes.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Bilingual proficiency in English and another language preferred.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
Immediate availability is preferred.
