We focus on transforming buildings through innovative technology and solutions that drive sustainability.Job Purpose: The Sustainability Engineer will be responsible for sustainability consulting during the design and construction phases of new projects or refurbishments. This role will involve conducting energy audits, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with sustainability certifications.Main Responsibilities:

Provide sustainability consulting for building certifications.
Conduct energy audits and deliver consulting services.
Prepare and document reports for various sustainability consultancies.
Assist in inspections and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
Collaborate with clients and contractors to facilitate project goals.
Utilize software tools such as Revit and AutoCAD for plan handling.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering.
Basic knowledge of MEP systems with at least one year of relevant experience or academic focus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Fluency in English (B2 or above).
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with HVAC systems and indoor air quality principles.
Experience with Revit.
LEED Green Associate certification.
ASHRAE Commissioning Professional certification.
Basic knowledge of eQuest for energy modeling.
