What You'll Do
As a Creative Hybrid (UI/UX) in the Design Studios team, you will play a critical role in creating impactful, human-centered digital experiences across a variety of platforms and project types.
Combining your strong foundation in UX, visual design, and interaction design with a sharp understanding of business and technology, you will translate complex requirements into thoughtful design solutions.
You will collaborate closely with consultants, developers, and other creatives on multidisciplinary teams.
Your work will span across user experience (UX) design, and digital product/service design (prototypes, MVPs, POCs).
You'll contribute to defining design strategies and frameworks, shaping project outcomes, and ensuring a high-quality user experience throughout.
As a hybrid designer, you will thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and shift seamlessly between interaction flows, brand visualizations, design systems, and communication pieces.
You'll be expected to own the end-to-end design process on projects—you'll lead and manage communications with clients and ensure the outcomes are high quality.
Key responsibilities include:
- Translating business objectives and user needs into engaging and intuitive digital experiences.
- Crafting wireframes, user flows, prototypes, interaction patterns, and high-fidelity designs.
- Producing high-quality visual design assets, including illustrations, iconography, animations, and communication layouts (presentation and storytelling).
- Conducting and synthesizing user research to inform design decisions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including consultants, developers, researchers, and visual designers.
- Staying up to date with digital and design trends, proactively bringing insights into our work and methods.
- Applying human-centered design (HCD), design thinking, and UX methodologies to uncover insights and shape solutions.
- Blending UX thinking with high-end visual design — you know how to make things work and look amazing.
- Designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, immersive environments like AR/VR), including knowledge of platform-specific constraints and opportunities.
- Balancing creative and analytical thinking—able to iterate quickly while grounding design decisions in research and business context.
- Communicating your design decisions clearly and constructively to stakeholders and team members.
- Using tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, and prototyping platforms.
- Leveraging Gen Ai tools to your day to day work to look for efficiencies throughout the work process.

- You have a bachelor's or similar degree in design or a related field (design school preferred).
- You have at least six years of experience in a professional services environment, design start-up, or design agency.
- You have excellent knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other common prototyping and digital design tools.
- You have an excellent grasp of Design Best Practices and an in-depth understanding of UX design principles.
- You have excellent English language skills.
- Experience working across geographies and cultures in a matrixed global organization.
