- Creating, refining, and implementing onboarding and continuous training for SDR hires on products, processes, tools, communication.
- Conducting interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to ensure new SDRs are ramped quickly and effectively.
- Designing program visions and branding for onboarding, everboarding, and promotion to ensure credibility and validation.
- Creating and maintaining enablement content, including playbooks, training modules, job aids, and best practice guides.
- Collaborating with Sales Development Managers, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Leadership to identify needs and develop solutions.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of onboarding and enablement programs through metrics and feedback, continuously iterating to improve results.
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field and 8 years experience.
- Have 2 years experience in a Sales Development Representative (SDR) or Business Development Representative (BDR) role.
- Have at least 3 years experience in enablement supporting sales and/or sales development.
- Have an understanding of sales development processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Have experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms (e.g., SalesLoft, Outreach).
