Responsibilities and Duties
- Be able to plan and deploy paid advertising campaigns on different channels.
- Identify patterns in paid advertising analytics to improve the performance of the campaign to meet KPI's.
- Keep up with trends in the world of Social & Search advertising to implement the most efficient & profitable tactics to our marketing campaigns.
- Detailed analysis into current search advertising campaigns to identify gaps in keyword coverage and/or capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Researching & finding innovative ways to tackle the marketplace and increase our lead volume at preset cost and conversion rate metrics.
- Deep diving into Google Analytics data to find emerging opportunities to drive more volume through keyword optimization, link building, and/or schema analysis.
- Leveraging several internal platforms of analytics tracking to improve search performance across many different satellite websites.
- Think creatively & research new topics to drive additional search volume through content and/or adjusting existing posts.
- Assist in link building & outreach efforts to build up the domain authority of the portfolio of websites.
- Come up with innovative ideas to attract high-quality links to our websites.
**Requirements**:
- At least three (3) years of experience working in a digital operation with a concentration in SEO.
- Proven skills in digital campaign management including processes, workflow, and campaign performance KPIs.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical and possess the ability to evaluate data and interpret results.
- Startup experience a plus
- Proficient in MS Office (Word/Concertation in Excel/PowerPoint, etc.) and Google tools
