- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis across the Region(s) and support broader global projects.
- Participate in global and regional salary surveys and utilize data to assess competitiveness and internal equity.
- Support the design, implementation, and governance of global and local compensation structures, bonus programs, and job evaluations.
- Assist in managing regional and global employee benefits programs, ensuring alignment with both corporate strategies and local compliance requirements.
- Assist the Compensation & Benefits Manager, HR Business Partners and/or Finance teams across regions on the annual compensation cycle, including data preparation, validation and analysis for merit increases, incentive/bonus payouts and budgeting.
- Provide analysis and recommendations on compensation offers for hires, promotions, and internal movements across multiple countries.
- Monitor compensation and benefits trends, regulations, and compliance risks in regional markets, and support implementation of policy updates.
- Generate and maintain global reports and dashboards that inform strategic decisions on pay equity, performance, and benefits participation.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for compensation and benefits inquiries from HR and business leaders across the region.
- Assist with compensation-related communications and training efforts on a regional and/or global level.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- 2-3+ years of experience in compensation and/or benefits, ideally with exposure to international or regional responsibilities.
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills; proficiency in HRIS and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with compensation practices and understanding of local regulatory frameworks.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive/confidential data.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with diverse, global teams.
- Experience working in a multinational or shared services environment.
- Knowledge of international compensation frameworks and expatriate/global mobility programs.
- Experience with tools such as Workday, SAP, or compensation platforms.
- HR or compensation-related certifications (e.g., CCP, SHRM, HRCI).
- Fluency in Spanish (written and verbal).
