Portworx Licensing Associate

• As a Licensing Associate, you will manage the end-to-end process of Portworx license provisioning and activation to support customers and partners worldwide. You will handle license requests, generate usage reports, and ensure proper compliance with license allocations.
• This role requires strong attention to detail, data verification skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while delivering excellent customer service.

• Process license orders, deliver activation keys, and resolve operational queries.
• Fulfill requests for trial extensions, Proof of Concept (POC) licenses, reconfigurations, and other license-related needs.
• Generate usage reports for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide proofs of license delivery to customers and partners.
• Monitor license usage to ensure compliance and prevent over-issuance.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical support role.
• Strong data entry, verification, and validation skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a motivated and adaptable attitude, able to work independently or in a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Advanced English (C1)
• Flexibility to work shifts and participate in on-call rotations to support high-priority customers.

• Experience with license management or entitlement systems.
• Familiarity with reporting tools or data analytics platforms.
