We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Microsoft Security Consultant to lead the delivery of security-focused workshops and implementation projects. This role will work directly with clients to assess, design, and implement Microsoft security technologies including Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), Intune, Defender, and MFA. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, project delivery experience, and excels in customer engagement to ensure high satisfaction (CSAT).Key Responsibilities:
- Lead customer-facing workshops to assess security needs and define solution roadmaps.
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft security solutions including Entra (Azure AD), Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Multi-Factor Authentication.
- Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth delivery of security projects and drive successful adoption.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and project success.
- Act as a trusted advisor, staying current with Microsoft security best practices and technologies.
- Manage project timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
- Proven experience delivering Microsoft security technologies in customer environments.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 security stack, especially Entra, Intune, Defender, and MFA.
- Strong presentation and communication skills for leading workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Experience managing technical projects and customer engagements.
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC-300, MS-500, AZ-500) are a plus.
- Advanced English level.
- Excellent communication skills – able to clearly explain complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.
