It isn’t a question.The NA QSC Assistant Finance Controller, is responsible for supporting the NA Quality Supply Chain Finance Organization with activities associated with Month End Close, Reporting, Manufacturing Sites Finance Partnering and Global Finance.Key Responsibilities

Lead Month End Close QSC Closing Deliverables and prepare Consolidated Reporting Deck for Operating Profit, Operating Assets, Working Capital and Headcount along with Variance Analysis of Actuals vs Prior Periods, PLN and CMF.
Coordinate Closing activities with the Cost Accounting Supervisor and SMAS at the GCC in India.
Work along with the Finance Teams at the Mfg Sites to ensure adequate CapEx Management.
Responsible of Monitoring Internal Controls to ensure Corporate Policies.
Assist the NA Finance Team with Audit Processes.
Support Sites and GCC with Annual Standard Setting Exercise.
Continuous Improvement and process simplification to drive efficiency with topics related to Recoveries, Opex, Inventory, Waste, PPV, Other COGS.

Why you?Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
4+ years of general accounting, finance, cost accounting experience.
Supply chain accounting reporting experience.
SAP knowledge and ERP experience.
Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.
Advanced English level (C1).

Preferred Qualifications:

Bison and Power BI experience is a PLUS.
Operating at pace and agile decision-making – using evidence and applying judgement to balance pace, rigour and risk.
Strong in building relationships and collaboration.
