🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full financial cycle: accounting, treasury, budgeting, taxes, and audits
- Implement and monitor financial and administrative KPIs
- Lead financial planning, profitability analysis, and production cost control
- Manage relationships with banks, tax authorities, and strategic suppliers
- Ensure legal, fiscal, and regulatory compliance across all operations
- Coordinate administrative functions: procurement, contracts, insurance, fixed assets, and general services
- Support strategic decisions through in-depth financial analysis and predictive modeling
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams with a focus on efficiency, ethics, and continuous improvement
- Advanced proficiency in financial tools (Excel, SAP, ERP systems, BI tools)
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations, IFRS, internal controls, and auditing
- Proven experience leading teams of 10+ people
- High analytical capacity, strategic thinking, and results orientation
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred for regional reporting)
