**Job Summary**
To be responsible for physical security and assist other departments in identifying potential security problems and proposing solutions.
**Primary Job Responsibilities**
**Requirements**:
- **High English Proficiency Level (85 %>)**:
- **Criminology bachelor's degree or **bachelor's degree in administration**:
- 3-year experience in Physical Security
- Advanced usage of MS Office
- Knowledge on different security software solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- To plan, organize and coordinate physical security.
- To make badges for all company personnel.
- To programming, controlling, and monitoring the card access system for accessing the accounts.
- To monitor and control the Security Systems like card access system hardware and software, generating reports that reflect invalid events, antipassback events, alarm events and any other abnormal condition.
- To perform periodic evaluations on the physical conditions of all security systems.
- To provide reports and surveillance videos to Management in case of an investigation.
- To report any trespassing or suspicious conduct observed by monitoring access control and CCTV system.
- To support Maintenance and Security System Administrator to manage, programming, monitoring and control the surveillance system.
- To look after the fulfillment of conduct and discipline policies and procedures by the employees and visitors, as well as the accomplishment of sanitary rules at the arrival and staying of the personnel.
- To remove access to the different areas of the facilities if requested.
