**Responsibilities**
- Evaluate systems components, systems software, networking infrastructure, and hardware peripherals for availability, reliability, and performance.
- Triage and resolve systems and network issues reported by both internal and external proactive monitoring systems.
- Analyze systems for performance, throughput, and high availability.
- Notify internal and external customers of planned and unplanned interruptions to the system's operation.
- Contribute to the knowledge base through process development and improvement.
- Participate in departmental and cross-team projects and initiatives
- Contribute to the continual improvement efforts
- Represent the company with excellence
**Qualifications**
- NOC or SOC engineer experience (Desirable)
- Technical support experience.
- An active student or with a BS degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or the equivalent
- Advanced English Level
- Experience troubleshooting a technical environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Project and program management abilities
