**Responsibilities**:
- Gather information from domain experts and develop compelling content to support marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement a content strategy/calendar that aligns with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Repurpose content for social media and internal communications.
- Attend trade shows to gather feedback and customer testimonials.
- Develop case studies that showcase our products/services and communicate value to customers.
- Conduct interviews and tell stories in a way that resonates with our target audience.
- Serve as a resource to the Marketing Product Manager (MPM) and provide support for defined content streams.
- Localize messages to ensure they resonate with regional audiences.
- Create and manage flow of marketing communications in a quick-turn environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing communications, with a focus on content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Extroverted personality who thrives on connection with others.
- Experience in aviation is desired.
- Front-end Drupal or CMS experience a plus.
- Ability to quickly turn around high-quality content.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
