**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify valuable target keywords and phrases.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headers, and content, to improve search engine rankings.
- Develop and implement off-page optimization strategies, including link building and outreach.
- Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
- Regularly audit websites for SEO issues and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay informed about industry developments, search engine algorithms, and best practices.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO-friendly content creation and optimization.
- Keep track of competitors' SEO activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Provide insights and reports on SEO performance to stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical SEO issues, such as crawl errors, indexing problems, and site speed.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging SEO trends and techniques.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal in English AND Spanish.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts as they relate to SEO.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and their impact on SEO.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Working hours: 10AM - 5PM (Monday - Friday) (CDT), 10Am - 3PM (Saturday) (CDT)**
