We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Opportunity OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L4 IT Backup and Storage Specialist to join our dynamic IT Storage and Backup team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Rubrik and NetBackup technologies (Nasuni and NetApp also desired), as well as basic understanding of UNIX, DNS, AD, ACLs. This role involves managing, maintaining, and optimizing our storage and backup infrastructure to ensure data integrity, availability, and security.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support enterprise storage and backup systems, including NetApp, Nasuni, Rubrik, and NetBackup. Identify issues and implement necessary improvements.
Perform regular maintenance, upgrades, and patch management for storage and backup systems.
Develop and implement backup and recovery strategies to ensure data integrity and availability.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex storage and backup issues, providing L4 support to the IT team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business needs.
Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices and maintain accurate documentation of storage and backup configurations, processes, and procedures.

Conduct capacity planning and performance analysis to optimize storage and backup resources.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in:

IT storage and backup administration.
In-depth knowledge of Rubrik and NetBackup technologies
Proven experience in managing and troubleshooting complex storage and backup environments.
Strong understanding of data protection, disaster recovery, and business continuity principles.
Basic understanding of cloud service and computing.

Preferred Job Requirements:

Nasuni and NetApp
Relevant certifications (e.g., NetApp Certified Data Administrator, Rubrik Certified Administrator) are a plus.
