Align, the makers of Invisalign ® is looking for a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist,. This exciting new role would be part of a culture that is helping to improve lives every day through digital dentistry. As a Talent Acquisition and sourcing Specialist, you will develop scalable recruiting strategies that enable you to support the Talent Acquisition team to drive impact and navigate complexity with candidates and managers throughout the recruiting process. In this role, you’ll build effective relationships with leaders across the business and demonstrate your ability to work in a matrixed organization.As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist, you will develop and execute sourcing & recruiting strategies by attracting candidates and reskilling programs for existing employees. You’ll enable the organization to creatively find and engage candidates on the various career opportunities available at Align. You will be empowered to build relationships with government, institutions, and industry to identify the right talent and channels to target. To end up, you should leverage your collective technical and business knowledge to develop meaningful recruiting/ reskilling strategies that promote various methods to source, evaluate, and hire or promote candidates for Align.This role will be part of Align Technology goal to deliver the next generation of clear aligners (Invisalign®) to our customers.   • Use data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise business units, country, or subsidiaries on the implications of talent gaps. Leads the development of staffing processes and strategies.
  • Analyze relevant data and trends to provide insight and set plans to meet hiring goals. Connect data to cross-organization goals and leads conversations across groups to address broad hiring issues. Leads the implementation of a hiring plan for complex organizations, areas, or talent pools that addresses both business demand and availability of talent for a business unit or country short-term and long-term needs (12 months and beyond).
  • Leverage long-term relationships with talent pools and communities across the industry. Develop a comprehensive approach that integrates multiple concepts (e.g. community building, business intelligence) to create an innovative sourcing strategy for a division, set of countries, or subsidiaries.
  • Share candidates across teams and is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to generate and meet targets for differentiated talent for a division, set of countries, or subsidiaries.
  • Own Early Talent agenda, specific reskilling programs as well as various internship programs.
  • Lead the optimization of staffing policies, systems, and processes throughout their organization, and guides stakeholders on the impact of these changes.
  • Hold the talent acquisition team accountable for maintaining current documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in the appropriate staffing or tracking system, within compliance guidelines (e.g., Medical Devices Industry Regulations). Drives team to capture relevant data in recruiting platform and monitors and oversees the quality of data capture.
In this role, you’ll need …Typically:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources or
  • Master's degree with 0-12 months of experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency with computers and standard software programs (Excel, Word, e-mail, etc.).
  • Project management and data analyst skills.
  • Experience driving full talent lifecycle actions for an organization
