You will build and maintain strong relationships with our business partners, proactively identify and address any issues, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure their success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
- Proactively identify and address customer concerns and issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success
- Achieve business partner retention targets
- Provide regular updates on customer account status to internal stakeholders
- Help to develop and implement customer success strategies and best practices
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of customer success, account management, or related experience
- Strong ENGLISH communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through retention and expansion efforts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis is a plus
