- Lead the development of group series tours and FIT products, ensuring commercial viability and customer appeal.
- Drive client growth and retention through tailored solutions and proactive relationship management.
- Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
- Manage multiple group series projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
- Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and secure availability.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation and B2B platform integration.
- Ensure accuracy in quotations, bookings, and operational documentation.
- Work cross-functionally with global teams to align on goals and deliverables.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
- Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability.
- Proven experience in tour operations, group travel, or destination management (3+ years).
- Solid knowledge of local tours, excursions, and group travel logistics.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
- Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- A customer-first approach, with a knack for crafting personalized travel solutions.
- Skilled negotiator with experience managing supplier relationships and RFPs.
- Hands-on experience with booking systems (e.g., Asterix) and internal operational tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and teams.
- Digital fluency, especially with B2B platforms and sales tools.
- Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
- Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a strong advantage.
