ABOUT THE JOB:
  • Lead the development of group series tours and FIT products, ensuring commercial viability and customer appeal.
  • Drive client growth and retention through tailored solutions and proactive relationship management.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage multiple group series projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget alignment.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate competitive rates and secure availability.
  • Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation and B2B platform integration.
  • Ensure accuracy in quotations, bookings, and operational documentation.
  • Work cross-functionally with global teams to align on goals and deliverables.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
ABOUT YOU:
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of pricing, margins, and profitability.
  • Proven experience in tour operations, group travel, or destination management (3+ years).
  • Solid knowledge of local tours, excursions, and group travel logistics.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A customer-first approach, with a knack for crafting personalized travel solutions.
  • Skilled negotiator with experience managing supplier relationships and RFPs.
  • Hands-on experience with booking systems (e.g., Asterix) and internal operational tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across cultures and teams.
  • Digital fluency, especially with B2B platforms and sales tools.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • Fluent in English; Spanish or other languages are a strong advantage.
