Job Description:Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and QA Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Champion the adoption of DevOps practices and methodologies within the Salesforce administration team, emphasizing the importance of automation, collaboration, and feedback loops.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensure the successful delivery of Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and exceed customer expectations.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance team efficiency and productivity through the implementation of tools, processes, and best practices.
Develop and implement strategies to build community and engagement within the team and across the broader organization.
Partner with upper management to define strategic objectives, priorities, and resource allocation, aligning efforts with business goals and objectives.
Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability within the team, encouraging open communication, constructive feedback, and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
