This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver ready to grow into a Product Manager and take ownership of high-impact projects.Location: San José, Costa Rica (On-site preferred; hybrid negotiable)💡 What Youll Do
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear, actionable stories
  • Work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
  • Define & execute roadmaps balancing quick wins and long-term vision
  • Research user behavior, analyze data, and apply insights to improve features
  • Drive agile delivery (SCRUM/Kanban) and keep teams aligned
What Were Looking For
  • 2+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in agile teams
  • Excellent English communication (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with SCRUM/Kanban methodologies
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
Nice to Have:
  • Sports betting / iGaming experience
  • UX, SEO, or Azure DevOps knowledge
