As a **Macro & Volume Planning Manager **you will provide insights on volume trend and forecast volume performance, as well as analyze and provide insights on economics trends and its impacts on KO business.
**What You'll Do for Us**
- Partner with senior leaders and Planning, Competitive Analysis and Insights Lead to support **the Business Plan,** **Volume** **Forecasting and Business Performance** at the Zone, to drive alignment across multiple senior stakeholders, and to develop the key insights needed to inform strategic priorities, including:
- Coordinate with Financial Planning Director to prepare & provide local business plan insights & assumptions on volume & industry growth
- Forecasting: Analyze volume forecasts, develop and discuss insights with stakeholders, and plan takeaways
- Define volume targets and requirements
- Localize business plan volume targets and strategy as extension of global
- Business Performance analysis, narrative and presentations to support local and global performance management routines
- Develop & discuss insights with stakeholders & plan takeaways
- Meet with stakeholders to discuss business performance and implications, capture takeaways
- Propone volume targets to reach the BP.
Requirements as Per Caps, SOV, SOS.
- Anticipate R& Opps base on Macro / Performance
- Run Volume scenarios ad provide inputs to Planning Team / PS to run P&L.
- ** Analyze local** **macro economic** **trends**:
- Analyze macro economic trends
- Market analysis
- Generate valuable insights for KO Business, anticipate risks and Opps.
**Qualification & Requirements**
- ** 5 years of leadership experience i**n senior financial planning or commercial finance roles
- ** Extensive leadership and management experience**, with ability to work in a diverse cultural environment as a highly efficient communicator and influencer at all levels
- Fp&A / Scenario Planning
- People Leadership
