As a Tennis Pro, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality tennis instruction and training programs to players of all skill levels. Your expertise and passion for the sport will inspire and motivate members, ensuring an enriching and enjoyable tennis experience. You will conduct private and semi-private lessons, organize weekly clinics and events, and collaborate with the tennis team to promote various tennis-related activities and programs.**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individual and group tennis lessons to players of all ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement engaging tennis programs, clinics, and events.
- Assess players' skills and create personalized training plans to enhance their performance.
- Organize and participate in tennis tournaments and social events.
- Maintain the tennis facility, ensuring equipment is in good condition and courts are clean and safe.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all members and guests.
- Stay updated with the latest tennis techniques, equipment, and industry trends.
- Assist in promoting tennis programs and events to attract new participants.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to create a comprehensive guest experience.**Qualifications:**
- USPTA or PTR certification or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Tennis Pro, with a strong playing and coaching background.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Passion for tennis and a genuine desire to inspire others.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
