Key job responsibilities
**In this role, you will**:
- Be responsible of day to day operations for timely and accurate payment support to Amp creators.
- Ensure compliance with process and procedures while achieving quality, productivity and performance metrics.
- Primary point of contact for Monetization SMEs and partner teams on recurring tasks.
- Continually strive to improve efficiency and effectiveness of existing systems and look for enhancements related to current systems and procedures.
- Mentor, guide and train new team members answering questions and sharing best practices.
- Own standard, small
- scale projects or assigned components of a larger project using tools or reporting to achieve improvements.
- Reviews and contributes to the creation of SOPs, processes, and tools to ensure a positive impact on quality measures.
- SME for one or more Monetization skills/verticals.
- Performs quality checks on team's completed requests.
- Escalates issues to management and demonstrates the ability to dive deep into a problem, performs "root cause analysis' and identifies constraints to recommend a solution.
- May own and prioritize work allocation based on business needs
- Analyzes data and is responsible for highlighting gaps, recommending solutions and influencing decisions.
- Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Salesforce CRM platform knowledge.
- Billing or Finance operations experience
