- Handle logistics claims and complaints by investigating root causes, and ensuring corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain and update trackers and reports related to logistics operations to support process improvement and data-driven decision-making.
- Manage transportation and warehousing invoices by reviewing, validating, and coordinating with providers and internal teams.
- Support daily communication and coordination with the Transportation Management System (TMS) provider.
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce transportation costs.
- Monitor transportation performance, including on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and carrier compliance.
- Manage requests for route and zone creations for North America.
- Ensure all activities are aligned with EHS requirements.
- Set up new external users & maintain vendors.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, or related.
- 1-3 years of professional experience in the field of logistics and/or supply chain.
- Fluent in English and Spanish – written and spoken proficiency.
- Lean Six Sigma proven knowledge.
- SAP/ERP software process knowledge.
- High proficiency in major IT tools (Power Bi, Tableau).
- Knowledge or experience in SOP and Work Instructions Management.
- Knowledge of Portuguese to support communication with regional partners.
- Strong analytical skills, with a data orientated mindset
- Solutions oriented with the ability to apply alternatives for customers and suppliers.
