- Managing and improving existing partner programs, ensuring they meet business goals and partner needs.
- Driving operational & reporting improvements by identifying bottlenecks and implementing scalable solutions.
- Providing external technology partners with monthly revenue and contract reporting.
- Liaising between internal and external technology partners to solve any questions related to revenue and contract reporting.
- Collaborating internally with Partner Account Executives, Business Development and leadership, to align operational process with business priorities.
- Have demonstrated experience in Program Management or Business Operations.
- Possess analytical skills and experience with Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, or equivalent tools.
- Have experience working with Partner Programs and being responsible for partner related processes.
- Be familiar with partner ecosystems like ISVs, cloud providers, and marketplaces.
- Demonstrate experience using project management and collaboration tools, such as Smartsheets, Confluence, and Google Productivity Tools
- Have exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
- Demonstrate the ability to work in a dynamic environment while adapting fluidly and managing tense situations
