Our team at Encora is looking for a savy Marketing Coordinator to support and grow strategic marketing programs at a fast-growing, technology services organization.
Primary duties include project & program management, coordinating deliverables, tracking, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting results, ensuring project goals are met.
At times, there will be a requirement to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
**Marketing Division Overview**
Our marketing team is a tight knit group that sits across multiple geographies and is responsible for the visionary and creative efforts on our Encora brand.
**Duties**
- Work closely with our CMO to contribute creatively to ongoing projects, tracking key milestones and project completion deadlines.
- Utilize your communication skills to work with sales partners to execute co-op marketing campaigns, provide product related content, and monitor and track campaign performance.
- Coordinate social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content for posts, incorporating technical copy into product highlights; and monitor and engage with followers.
- In partnership with our CMO, Head of Comms and our creative team(s), assist in developing messaging and positioning that is consistent with creative look and feel across advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
- Assist in the development of building new webpages for our Encora corporate website, drafting and compiling content, proofing layouts, and checking technical data.
- Manage deliverables with internal teams and external vendors; support the development of content, working on occasion with agency partners and creative services providers, as well as occasionally contributing copywriting and/or content reviews.
- Manage resources for each assigned project to stay on schedule.
- Work with sales to create monthly incoming lead report, capturing lead source activity and highlighting areas of growth.
- Collaborate with Marketing & Comms to determine an annual events calendar.
- Perform essential administrative tasks such as the arranging of internal events such as our 'Global Dev Week'.
- Responsible for maintaining an inventory of marketing collateral, marketing vendors and marketing procurement items as necessary.
- Collaborates with our worldwide Marketing team, and creative partners to develop and execute marketing materials, which may include brochures, internal newsletters, CSR proposals, and videos, ensuring creative reflects the overall brand.
- Be our "go-to-person" for all marketing administration questions.
- Anticipate potential issues through frequently reviewing data and use critical thinking and action to shift components as required to head off or resolve issues.
**Skills Required**:
- Marketing project and program management, with reliable detail orientation and ability to meet deadlines; someone who can execute tasks thoroughly and double check the work.
- Professional presence suitable for a client-facing role.
- Strategic, looking around corners for opportunities to improve results, grow client sales and satisfaction.
- Creative and analytical; able to solve problems with known or new solutions.
- Can act independently toward program goals when needed as well as collaborate effectively.
- Generalist who likes variety and can work on many types of marketing projects successfully.
**Qualifications**
- 5+ years of marketing experience.
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field of study.
- Excellent English communication skills (B2+ minimum)
- Prior experience in a client-facing role, or equivalent skills or experience.
- Knowledge and experience working in digital marketing and media.
- Knowledge of basic Sales / Business Development Rep lead qualification processes and how marketing contributes to the sales pipeline.
- B2B or technology experience required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Google Office.
