ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage pipelines of top candidates through market research and relationship management.Partner with hiring managers to plan and execute high-volume recruitment during peak periods.Source, screen, and select talent for specialized and exempt field positions.Collaborate with centralized talent acquisition teams to optimize processes and improve candidate experience.Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles and enhance employer brand awareness.Facilitate talent planning and debrief discussions with stakeholders to ensure hiring targets are met.Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR, or related recruiting roles (including sales, operations, or leadership positions)Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field, or 3 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degreeEnglish proficiency B2+Experience in project coordination or ability to manage multiple tasks effectivelyProficiency with ERP systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Workday)Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Strong skills in MS Office applicationsExperience sourcing and engaging passive candidatesExperience conducting behavioral interviewsAbility to consult and influence hiring managersFamiliarity with the US recruiting cycle
