- RFQ and CLB Tracking: Assist in the management and tracking of requests for quotations and local bids, ensuring that all required documentation and information are complete and up-to-date.
- Information Compilation: Gather and organize relevant data related to RFIs and other necessary documents for the bidding and quotation processes.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to discuss opportunities, requirements, and updates on the bidding processes.
- Sustainability Support: Collaborate with the GoGreen team to promote the global initiative, helping users become "super users" of this platform. This includes training and support for implementing sustainable practices in daily operations.
- Analysis and Reporting: Conduct basic data analysis and generate reports on the progress of sustainability initiatives and RFQ tracking.
- Education: University student or recent graduate in fields such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Sustainability, or related areas.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work in a team, and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with project management tools and office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). An interest in sustainability and environmental practices is a plus.
- Languages: Spanish. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English is mandatory (B2).
