- Collaborate with internal teams (Deals Desk, Finance, Legal, Order Management) to ensure seamless sales operations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Support the sales organization in maintaining customer licensing compliance.
- 1-2 years of Sales Operations experience in a software sales environment.
- A proactive mindset toward AI integration in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel).
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Proven ability to support sales representatives and sales territories.
