OVERVIEWAs a Sales Operations Specialist, you'll drive forecasting accuracy and revenue growth across the Americas by analyzing sales pipelines, identifying opportunities in customer licensing, and crafting creative pricing solutions. You'll ensure compliance and efficiency by reviewing orders, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting sales' use of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate has 1-2 years of sales operations experience, a knack for integrating AI into workflows, and strong analytical and communication skills. Success requires organization, attention to detail, proficiency with tools like PPT and Excel, and a results-driven, team-oriented approach.   • Support the forecasting process for the Americas, advising the sales team on commercial sales transactions.
  • Attend regional forecast calls and analyze pipelines to ensure accuracy.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities by analyzing customer licensing, product usage, and market trends.
  • Develop creative pricing and payment solutions that balance customer needs with company policies.
  • Review quotes and order forms for accuracy, ensuring compliance with pricing and discount policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Deals Desk, Finance, Legal, Order Management) to ensure seamless sales operations within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Support the sales organization in maintaining customer licensing compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1-2 years of Sales Operations experience in a software sales environment.
  • A proactive mindset toward AI integration in workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Word, Excel).
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to support sales representatives and sales territories.
  • Excellent analytical, listening, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet business needs.
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude with a results-driven approac
